Hoops.--interesting to Ladies.

--There is a new invention, recently introduced, to cover the lower part of the hoop. The cloth is cut goring and double, about half a yard deep, and is neatly trimmed with black or red, according to the color of the skirt. It has eyelets, about three or four inches apart, upon the upper edges, and is laced upon the hoops. This not only prevents the hoop from soiling, but looks well, and with it the large hoops are manageable.
