Ordinary licenses.

--It may save some trouble to persons making application before the Hustings Court for licenses to keep ordinaries to know that they are required to show that they have accommodations for travelers, rooms and beds in which they can sleep, and stable room for horses. The State law upon the subject requires that the Court shall not license any person to keep an ordinary who cannot furnish proof that he has the accommodations above described; and in consequence of a want of this, several applications were rejected yesterday.
