--In the Senate, to-day, a message was received from the Governor announcing that he had pardoned Governor Howe, William E. Simms and others till the end of the Assembly, and that a general law be passed pardoning all persons indicted in the State courts for treason.
In the House, the bill providing a civil remedy for injuries done by disloyal persons was reconsidered and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
