From Georgia--Vigilance Committee in Savannah — negroes not to be brought to the city, &c.

New York, December 26.
--Savannah advices to the 20th instant say that the citizens are forming a regiment in order to clear the city of murderers and robbers.

A mulatto who was formerly expelled from the bar of Boston has been sentenced to one year's imprisonment by the military court for using seditious language.

The Mayor of Mobile has prohibited the steamers and railroads from bringing negroes into that city.
