Stonewall Jackson's widow.

--An appear is made to the people of the North, through the columns of the New York News for contributions for the benefit of the wand child of Stonewall Jackson, who are said to be living upon an income of one hundred and fifty dollars per year, derived from their only property, a small house in Lexington, which the widow has not the means to occupy herself, and which, it is feared, will itself have to be sold to meet demands she cannot avert. Contributions, it is added, may be sent to the care of Rev. Dr. Hoge, of Richmond.
