CASTRA TRAIANA (Sîmbotin) Dăieşlti, Vîlcea, Romania.

An agglomeration between Buridava and Arutela (Tab. Peut.). The civil center and the camp, located on the limes Alutanus, are badly deteriorated by the waters of the Olt river. Excavations have uncovered the E wall of the camp for a length of 69.5 m. Dating from the 3d c. A.D., this structure is built over a Dacian agglomeration. The camp was equipped with an oven for the reduction of ferrous ore.
