IZAUX Hautes-Pyrénées, France.

In the plain of La Neste near the vanished Chapel of Notre-Damedes-Barthes. Since 1967 a 4th c. Gallo-Roman villa has been excavated. After it went to ruin it still sheltered a very poor dwelling, converted to use as a necropolis before the chapel's cemetery came into being.
