ἐμοί is indispensable, while οὐδὲ μέντοι would be weak.

τοὐξανιστάναι: the art. with the infin. (whether subject or object) is esp. frequent in the dramatists, for the simple reason that it was often metrically convenient: 442: Ai. 114 “τέρψις ἥδε σοι τὸ δρᾶν”:

“τὸ γὰρ
βίᾳ πολιτῶν δρᾶν ἔφυν ἀμήχανος

”
