Θήβαις dat. of interest, if she has her relations with you in a peaceful state. “εὐημερεῖ. εὐημερία”=either (1) “"fine weather,"” “εὐδία”, as Arist. Hist. An. 6. 15 “ὅταν εὐημερίας γενομένης ἀναθερμαίνηται γῆ”, or (2) “"prosperity."” The verb is always figurative. Arist. Pol. 6.8. 22 “ταῖς σχολαστικωτέραις καὶ μᾶλλον εὐημερούσαις πόλεσιν”.
