ὡς πρός τί: “ὡς”=‘in your intention’: cp. O. T.1174“ὡς πρὸς τί χρείας;” Ph. 58 “πλεῖς δ᾽ ὡς πρὸς οἶκον.” ἐπιστρέφεις: the primary notion is that of turning some constraining force upon a person,—bringing it to bear on him: so, ‘press,’ ‘urge,’ upon him: schol. “ἐπάγεις μοι”. It is a stronger equiv. for “ἐπισκήπτεις”.—Not, ‘regard’ (Musgrave): this would be “πίστεως ἐπιστρέφει” (midd.).
