AD NYMPHAS

(ninfas):

mentioned (CIL vi. 9526) as in Sebura maiore (see SUBURA), and also in another inscription, found outside the porta Ostiensis, of a woman 'quae (h)ab(ita)vit ad nymfas' (NS 1912, 381). Cf. MEFITIS AEDES, LUCUS, which lay above it on the Cispius.
