INDULGENTIA

(?):

a temple (ναός) of Euepyeola on the Capitoline, built by M. Aurelius in 180 A.D. (Cass. Dio lxxi. 34. 3: πλεῖστον δὸ ἐν εὐεργεστίᾳ διῆγεν, ὅθεν που καὶ νεὼν αὐτῆς ἐν τῷ καπιτωλιῴ ἱδρύσατο, ὀνόματί τινι ἰδιωτάτῳ καὶ μήπω ἀκουσθέντι προσκαλέσας αὐτήν ).Εὐεργεσία is probably to be identified with Indulgentia, i.e. Indulgentia Augusti, whose name appears on coins, and to whom at least one shrine in Africa (Cirta) was dedicated (Jord. i. 2. 47; WR 336; Rosch. ii. 233; CIL viii. 7095, 8813-8814).
