TUTILINAE LOCA

probably a small area, afterwards included within the circus Maximus, where a statue of the goddess Tutilina stood (Tertull. de spect. 8; cf. WR 201), and Ennius is said to have lived (Varro, LL v. 163: ... ligionem Porcius designat cum de Ennio scribens dicit eum coluisse Tutilinae loca). See Rosch. ii. 228.
