a street somewhere in Region I (CIL vi. 975). If pulvis here means pulvis Puteolanus (cf. Stat. Silv. iv. 3. 53 et pass.), this street may have been named from the pozzolana beds outside the porta Appia (HJ 219). See SCHOLA CALCARIENSIUM.
