A.remoue to another settlement, transport, in Med., “πατρίδος θεοί μ᾽ ἀφιδρύσαντο γῆς ἐς βάρβαρ᾽ ἤθηE.Hel.273:—Pass., to be transferred, of a cult, “ἀφιδρυθῆναι ἐκ ΚρήτηςD.S.4.79.
II. make statues or temples after a model,Δήλιον τὸ ἱερὸν Ἀπόλλωνος ἐκ Δήλου -υμένονStr.9.2.7, cf. 12.3.32.
III. simply, = ἱδρύω, set up, in Pass., Harp. s.v. Πάνδημος, Jul.Or.1.29d, APl.4.260 (in later form of aor.-ύνθην. [υ_^ in pres., υ_ in fut., aor. I, pf. Pass.]
