Plt.267b, etc.:—Med., separate oneself, Id.Lg.728b; “τοῦ σοφιστοῦLib.Or.3.24.
3. metaph., . τινὰ τοῦ λόγου cut him off from his speech, interrupt him in it, Ar.Nu.1408.
