Act. intr., in same sense as Med., Arist.Pol.1333a41, 1338a4, Philem.220; to be engaged in one's own business, Arist.Pol.1299b33.—Not used in the best Att. ἀσχόλ-ημα , ατος, τό, business, engagement, Str.10.3.9 (pl.), Iamb.Protr.21.κβ́ (pl.); performance of a public function, BGU8ii23(iii A. D., pl.).
