4. arrange or settle mutually, δ. διαθήκην τινί make a covenant with one, Ar.Av.439; “δ. διαθήκην πρός τιναAct.Ap.3.25; ἔριν δ. ἀλλήλοις settle a quarrel, X. Mem.2.6.23; “ὡμολόγνσαν καὶ διέθεντο ὀφείλεινIG12(7).67.58 (Amorgos).
5. compose, make,νόμουςPl.Lg.834a.
