2. as law-term, laying of information against one who discharged public functions for which he was legally disqualified, writ of indictment in such a case, And.1.10, D.20.156 (pl.), Arist.Ath. 52.1 (pl.), cf. Decr.ib.29.4, IG22.1128.35.
