A.some; never in Ep., Lyr., or Att. Poets before Men., exc. Ar.Pl.867 (cf. however ἐνίοτε); first used in Ion. Prose, as Hdt.1.120, 8.56, Hp.Praec.6; “πολλοὶ μὲν . . ἔνιοι δὲ . .Lys.25.19; “ἔνιοι μὲν . . ἔνιοι δὲ . .Pl.Tht.151a, X.Mem.4.2.38; “ἔνιοι μὲν . . οἱ δὲ . .Pl. Mx.238e; “ἔνιοί τινεςIsoc.15.258: later in sg., “οὐ πᾶσα κίνησις θερμαίνει, ἀλλ᾽ ἐνία ψύχειArist.Pr.884b13, cf.
