II. Med., put off from oneself, get rid of, freq. in Hom. in the phrase “πόσιος καὶ ἐδητύος . ἔρον ἕντοIl.1.469, al.; “ἱμερτῶν ἔργων ἐξ ἔρον ἱέμενοςThgn.1064.
2. send from oneself, divorce,τὴν ἔχεις γυναῖκα ἔξεοHdt.5.39 (ἐκσέο codd.).
