A.a cry of pain, A.Pr.877 (anap.); also an exclamation used at the ceremony of the ὠσχοφόρια, Plu.Thes. 22:—in form ἐλελελεῦ, a war-cry, Ar.Av.364, cf. Sch.ad loc.
