ἐπα^ρα^ρίσκω , aor. 1 -ῆρσα: aor. 2 -ήρα^ρον:—
II. intr. in Ion. pf. ἐπάρηρα [α^ρ], plpf. ἐπα^ρήρειν:—fit tight or exactly, μία δὲ κληῒ ἐπαρήρει a cross-bolt was fitted therein, Il.12.456; part. ἐπαρηρώς, υῖα, ός, close-fitting, well fixed, εὖ ἐπαρηρὼς ποσσίν firm on his feet, Arat.83: also ἐπάρμενος, η, ον, Ep. aor. part. Pass., well-fitted, prepared, ready, βίον, ὅπλα, Hes. Op.601, 627:—also in form ἐφάρμ-, suited, c. dat., Nonn.D.12.35.
