A.cast blame upon, c.dat. pers., “ τι κασιγνήτοις ἐπιμέμφεαιOd.16.97, etc.: c.gen. rei, find fault for or because of a thing, complain of it, εὐχωλῆς ἐπιμέμφεται complains of a vow [neglected], Il.1.65, cf. 2.225; “ἕνεκ᾽ ἀρητῆρος1.94; . τινί τινος blame one for a thing, Luc.DMort.27.2; rarely “. τινά τινος, ὧν ἐπιμεμφομένα σεS.
