εἰσίημι , fut. -ήσω: aor. -ῆκα:—
A.sendinto, ἐς τὴν [λίμνην] εἰ. τὸὕδωρ, of rivers, Hdt.7.109; εἰ. τοὺς Πέρσας ἐς τὸ τεῖχος let them in, Id.3.158; τὴν [κεδρίην] (sc. ἐς τὴν κοιλίην) Id.2.87:—Med., τοὺς πολεμίους ἔφη εἰσέσθαι said he had let them in, X.HG1.3.19; “χάριτας” Sammelb. 4324.8:—Pass., IG12.115.18 (Lex Dracontis).
