A.lay down, [δόρυ] “κατακλίνας ἐπὶ γαίῃ” Od.10.165; κ. τοὺς Πέρσας ἐς λειμῶνα having made them recline (for dinner) in a meadow, Hdt.1.126, cf. Pl.R.363c, 420e, Ev.Luc.9.14, Milet.1(9).368; κ. παιδίον put it to bed, Ar.Lys.19, cf.
