καταψηφ-ίζομαι , fut. -ιοῦμαι Lys.12.90:—
2. Pass. (so always in aor.), to be condemned, “ἑάλωκεν ἤδη καὶ κατεψήφισταιD.21.151; θανάτου φυγῆς καταψηφισθῆναι to death or exile, Pl.R.558a, cf. Plt.299a.
3. Med., carry measures adverse to a person, Plu.Caes.29.
II. vote in affirmation, opp. ἀποψηφ-, Arist. Pol.1298b39; generally, come to a determination, Id.Po.1461b2:— so in Pass., “τὰ κοινῇ τοῖς Ἀχαιοῖς -ψηφισθέντα εἰς τιμήν τινοςD.S.29.18.
2. metaph., “ἀείμνηστον ἡμῶν δόξανVett.Val.351.28.
