Pl.Lg.871e, PTeb.490 (i B.C.), etc.; κ. τινὰ πρὸς εἴκοσι τάλαντα make him give security to the amount of 20 talents, Plb.5.15.9; “πρὸς δίκην τινάPlu. Tim.37:—Pass., to be held to bail, D.59.49; [“ἐγγύην] κ.Pl.Lg.872b.
