3. pass sentence upon, condemn, D.19.232:— Pass., to be judged, condemned, “κακούργου . . ἐστι κριθέντ᾽ ἀποθανεῖνId.4.47; “μὴ κρίνετε, ἵνα μὴ κριθῆτεEv.Matt.7.1; τὰ κεκριμένα the judgement of a court, PRyl.76.8 (ii A.
