3. lobe of the lung, Gal.UP6.4, al.; of the whole lung, Hp.Loc.Hom.14.
II. capsule or pod of leguminous plants (cf. ἔλλοβος), Thphr.HP1.11.2, etc.; esp. of φασίολοι or δόλιχοι, because they were eaten pod and all, Gal.6.557, Jul.Or.5.175c.
