A.share, divide, distribute, “κρέαLuc.Prom.6:—Med., divide among themselves, “ἐμοιράσαντο . . κτήματαA.Th.907 (lyr.):—Med., also, have assigned one, receive for one's lot, c. acc., “εἰ δέ κεν ἄλλως ἀνέρα μοιρήσαιοNaumach. ap. Stob.4.23.7: c. gen., “ὅσα ψυχῆς μεμοίρατυιPh.2.400, cf. Phalar.Ep.104; οὐ μεμοιραμένα ἐγκλίσεως ῥήματα non-enclitics, A.D.Adv.131.24:—Pass., to be assigned, τεθνάναι μεμοίραται ἡμῖν (like εἵμαρται, v. μείρομαι) Alciphr.1.25; “τὰ μεμοιραμέναHp.Ep.26, Luc.Deor.Conc.13.
