A.“-ήσω” Q.S.3.451: Ep. Verb used by Hom. only in aor.:—to be sorely angered, vexed in spirit, “ὤχθησαν” Il.1.570, 15.101; elsewh. only in part., “μέγ᾽ ὀχθήσας προσέφη” 1.517, 4.30, etc.; “ὀχθήσας δ᾽ ἄρα εἶπε” 11.403, al.; “ὀχθήσας προσεφώνεε” Od.23.182.
