2. Med. with aor. 1 παρεκαθισάμην, let another sit down beside one, “π. παῖδας καὶ γυναῖκας ἑαυτοῖς” Lycurg.141, cf. J.AJ19.4.5; also π. τινά make him assessor or co-arbiter, D.33.14.
