A.split into many parts, ἁπλῷ τρόπῳ καὶ μὴ πολυσχιδέϊ by a single and not a splintered fracture, Hp.Fract.24; λώβῃσι πολυσχιδέεσσι λυθέντα, of a wreck, Opp.H.4.409.
