A.share in the enjoyment, Arist.HA623a24, EE1244b18; τινος of a thing, D.S. 9.20, Luc.Musc.Enc.8, Diog.Oen.1, Supp.Epigr.4.259 (Panamara); τινι with a person, Them.Or.4.57d, etc.
2. share in the good or evil of . ., “τὸ ἀσύμμετρον . . οὐ ς. τῶν μερῶν” Arist.Pr.883a15; in bad sense, αἱ στάσεις συναπολαύειν ποιοῦσι τὴν ὅλην πόλιν make it suffer with them, Id.Pol.1303b32; ς. νόσου, τοῦ κακοῦ, Them.Or.1.7b, Max. Tyr.18.9; “τῆς ἀναθυμιάσεως” Gal.18(2).74; cf. “ἀπολαύω” 11.1.
