Adv., -νως ἔχειν bear oneself proudly, Pl.R.399b, Tht.175b; . ζῶντες living sumptuously, prodigally, Isoc.4.152, Pl.Lg.691a; “ὀψωνεῖν . . οὐχὶ μετρίως . . , ἀλλ᾽ .Diph.32.20; of a dish, “. ὄζεινAlex.261.6 (but also, insolently, brutally, μαστιγοῦν τινα prob. in PCair.Zen.80.4 (iii B.
