ὑπ-όψιος , ον, (ὑφοράω, fut. ὑπόψομαι)
A.viewed from beneath the brows, i.e. viewed with suspicious looks,λώβην τ᾽ ἔμεναι καὶ ὑπόψιον ἄλλωνIl.3.42 (where, however, Ar.Byz. read ἐπόψιον, v. ἐπόψιος), cf. Q.S.13.289.
