A.cast in a mould, “χοανεύει” Ar. Th.57, cf. 62 (both anap.): c. acc., cast, form by casting, “χωνεύσεις . . βάσεις χαλκᾶς” LXX Ex.26.37, cf. 2 Ch.4.3, al.:—Med., “διέχεαν χαλκὸν πρῶτοι καὶ ἀλάλματα ἐχωνεύσαντο Ῥοῖκος κτλ.” Paus.8.14.8.
