II.to bring back, Hom., etc.
2.to refer a matter to another, Dem.
3.to rebuild, Plut.
4.to reckon or calculate, id=Plut.
5.intr. (sub. ἑαυτόν) to draw back, withdraw, retreat, Xen.; ἐπὶ πόδα ἀν. to retreat facing the enemy.
