II. Mae-dĭcus (Mēd- ), a, um, adj., = Μαιδικός, of or belonging to the Mædi.—Subst.: Maedĭca , ae, f. (sc. terra or regio), the Mædian territory, Liv. 26, 25, 8; 40, 21; 22.
