D. Oenīdes , ae, m., = Οἰνείδης, a male descendant of Œneus: “at manus Oenidae variat,” i. e. Meleager, Ov. M. 8, 414; Val. Fl. 3, 690: “et generum Oeniden, Appule Daune, tuum,” i. e. Diomedes, son of Tydeus, Ov. F. 4, 76; cf. id. M. 14, 512.
