I.to wind on (as on a ball); only poet., to add or join to, to annex; and se, to join one's self to: “et (se) lateri adglomerant nostro,Verg. A. 2, 341: “cuneis,id. ib. 12, 458: Sigeaque pestis adglomerare fretum, raises it up (as a ball), i. e. heaps it up, Val. Fl. 2, 499.
