pĕcūlĭo , āvi, ātum, 1, v. a. peculium,
I.to give one something for one's self, as one's private property; hence, comic. in mal. part., Plaut. Pers. 2, 2, 10.—Hence, -cūlĭātus . a, um, P. a., furnished with property of his own, that has private property.
