ab-iūdicō āvī, ātus, āre, of a judge or tribunal,

to give judgment against, deprive by a judicial decision, adjudge away: ob iniuriam agri abiudicati, i. e. taking away their land by an unjust decision, L.: res ab aliquo. — Hence, formally to deny: rationem veritatis ab hoc ordine: libertatem sibi.
