Hippomĕdon

Ἱππομέδων). A son of Aristomachus and Mythidicé, was one of the seven chiefs that went against Thebes. He was killed by Ismarus, son of Acastus, or by Ismaeus (Apollod. iii. 6; Sept. 490; Pausan. ii. 36).
