Ῥίον). Now Castello di Morea. A promontory in Achaia, opposite to the promontory of Antirrhium (Castello di Romelia), on the borders of Aetolia and Locris, with which it formed the narrow entrance to the Corinthian Gulf, which strait is now called the Little Dardanelles.
