QUIRINA´LIA
QUIRINA´LIA a festival sacred to Quirinus, which was
celebrated on the 17th of February, on which day Romulus was said to have
been carried up to heaven. (Ovid,

This day was also called
Stultorum Feriae, for
the meaning of which see
