TRI´TIUM TUBO´RICUM

TRI´TIUM TUBO´RICUM (Τοίτιον Τουβόρικον, Ptol. 2.6.66), a town of the Barduli, in Hispania [p. 2.1233]Tarraconensis, on the river Deva or Devales. (Mela, 3.1.) It is commonly identified with Motrico, which, however, does not lie on the Deva; and Mannert (i. p. 365) seeks it near Mondragon, in Guipuscoa.
