CELSA

CELSA (Κέλσα: Celsensis: Ru. at Velilla near Xelsa), a city of the Ilergetes, in Hispania Tarraconensis, on the Iberus, which was here crossed by a stone bridge, ruins of which still remain. Under the Romans, it was a colony, with the surname Victrix Julia, and it belonged to the conventus of Caesaraugusta.
