CONDATOMAGUS

CONDATOMAGUS another example of a name Condate, with the addition of may, a common Gallic ending. The Table places Condatomagus between Segodunum or Ruteni (Rodez) and Luteva (Lodève), which was within the limits of the Provincia or Gallia Narbonensis. The site cannot be ascertained, but we may assume that it is on some of the rivers that are crossed on the road from Rodez to Lodève.
